Mogadishu: The Somali Media for Environment, Science, Health and Agriculture (SOMSHA) thrilled to publicly disseminate the announcement of her 2018 Green Journalism Award launch in which is annual media and journalists honor by means of the nation’s quality journalism maintenance.
 
The Secretary General of the Somali Media for Environment, Science, Health and Agriculture (SOMSHA) H. E. Mr. Daud Abdi Daud issued today this announcement news release legitimately but the event ceremony is scheduled on Thursday May 3, 2018 due to the World Press Freedom Day. Every year, 3 May is a date which celebrates the fundamental principles of press freedom; to evaluate press freedom around the world, to defend the media from attacks on their independence and to pay tribute to journalists who have lost their lives in the exercise of their profession.
