Waagacusub.net - Thousands of stakeholders of the Qaran Express shocked when they heard the news that the post of the deputy foreign minister of Somalia had been named Ahmed Ali Kadiye, who was one of those looted their money.
"Somalia became where the thieves rule it since Ali, who has stolen our money became a senior government official” said Muna Hassan who contacted Waagacusub Media.
Hundreds of comments submitted on his account was asked to pay back their money. He took the money from them when he was the manager of the company's branch in the United Arab Emirates.
However, Ali's background marked by theft and corruption and it is believed that he will use the post for personal profit.
