The money was taken from the foreigner by National Intelligence and Security Agency (NISA) to investigate where it came from before his departure. 

MP Abdulkadir Osoble approached to the NISA and claimed that the money was his. He said it was withdrawn from his account.

However, Mr. Osoble failed to convince the officials from NISA to take 40.000$ and release the rest for him. And they threatened to detain  the Turkish man according to Security Official for the International airport of Aden Adde.

" At the outset of their rejection to accept the bribe Mr. Osoble contacted to the minister for security Abdirizak Omar Mohamed and gave a hundred thousand U.S dollar. Minister Mohamed came, released the foreign man and fired the security officials at Adan Adde Airport," said a security official who asked not to be named.

Where does the money come from exactly?

There is an NGO named Al-IHSAN in which Osoble, Ahmed Haji Agey {Guled},Ali Wajiis and the Turkish man are founded. They raise money in the pretext of helping Somali orphans and most of the money comes from Germany and Saudi Arabia, however, the money did not reach the vulnerable as donors intended. All the money goes to the pocket of those men, according to a source.

The security officials accused the Minister of security of taking bribes and they said that they were embarrassed by demanding a bribe from  business workers.

According to officials, the minister is the nephew of the President Hassan Sheikh Mohamoud and he has no fear for sacking, however, he caught taking a bribe.
