MOGADISHU (Sunatimes)- The French military advisor hostage held by Alshabaab militants appeared on video for the first time with an appearance of a Muslim man, exclusive video obtained by Sunatimes said.

The man who was kidnapped 11 months ago appeared was in a silent in few seconds before the start of 42 minutes video tape that millitants recorded as another man thaught to be French speaker inquired him for more minutes about his situation.

The video which is yet to release by the Alshabaab rebels shows the man answering questions by al-Qaeda French speaker with slow emotion. 

He urged his parents to be patient, saying he was fine and healthy. Sources say the advisor is forced to train the Alshabaab fighters by force in the lower Shabelle region forests.

The tape showed the man sitting in front of a white background and speaking. We shall post the tape soon.
