President of Galmudug State of Somalia Ahmed Duale Gelle [Xaaf] has appointed Mr Dahir Alasow as Director General of counter-terrorism operations in Central Somalia. Before being offered the role of head of the Galmudug Specialist Operations Unit, he was one of the best Somali Investigative Journalist based in Breda Netherlands the last 10 years.

Having seen: Article 50. Paragraph 5 of Galmudug State Constitution .

Having Considered: The Necessity to appoint Galmudug Counter terrorism .

Having Acknowledged: The experience and knowledge of the appiontee

Having consulted: With the Vice President of Galmudug .

Hereby appoints Mr Dahir Abdulle Alasow to the office of the Director General of Galmudug Counter Terrorism Forces.

This nomination will take into effect when the president assents his signature.
