Two planes carrying weapons for Ahlu-Suna National Salvation Forces in Somalia has landed in airstrip in Somalia’s central region of Galgadud for the second day, sources told Sunatimes.
It is not yet clear where exactly the planes came from as on 8 June other plane delivered weapons for Ahlu-Suna forces in the region.
"The international community seems to be turning blind eye to the power of Ahlu-Suna fighters and it is unfortunate that the weapons and the money they give to the government of the dual Sharifs goes to Al-Shabaab and Al-Qaeda and then used for the killings of civilians," said Abdi Shukri.
Mr. Shukri called on the international community to support his Ahlu-Suna forces to clean the terrorists out of the country.
Abdi Shukri Ali Hersi who is from the central regions in Somalia was among the Politicians that formed the ant-terrorism coalition in Saterday 18 Febaury 2006 in Mogadishu
But his anti-terror plan was wiped out by angry civilians who do not believe the presence of Al-Qaeda in Somalia.
Mr. Shukri was the representative of former Somali National Alliance in Kampala, Uganda.
He was elected as the political leader of Ahlu-Suna National Salvation Forces in a conference held in Mudug region Galkao town on 26 March 2010.
