Somali Federal Government is battling against the most dangerous terror Network in the East Africa. Somali Government is a victim itself for being blind when it comes to investigating and tracking down members of the militant of Al-Shabaab. The Group is more dangerous than anticipated earlier because it only lost territory but active in the government institutions.

The group employed itself every possible skills to conduct its kill-them-all policy including changing their names and avoiding to be mentioned their names on phone. 

Al-Shabaab approaches and recruits those seems to have straits of community mobilizing. 

One of its senior member is a Minister of State for the federal government of Somalia ( Prime Minister's Office ) named Hassan Dhuh alias Abdirahman Kulmiye Hirsi (Abdirahman Dhere). It was given his fake first and second names by Late Al-Shabaab leader Ahmed Godane.  

Abdirahman Dhere hails from  Aw-Qutub of  Sheikhal-sub-clan and he was resign from 3rd deputy minister of defense to be appointed more important office by force. 

You must likely to win the battle when the enemy that you are battling with is outside of your room but how can you win the battle when the enemy has already infiltrated into your institutions.
