MOGADISHU, Somalia — Alasow Foundation has distributed humanitarian Eid al-Adha assistance worth $100,000 USD to vulnerable families across Somalia as part of its ongoing charitable and social welfare programs.
According to the Foundation, a total of 500 families received direct financial support, with each household receiving $200 USD to help cover food, clothing, and essential needs during the Eid celebrations.

The Foundation stated that the initiative was aimed at supporting struggling families affected by poverty, economic hardship, and rising living costs.
In a separate humanitarian effort, Alasow Foundation also facilitated the release of three prisoners who had been detained over unpaid debt-related cases, allowing them to reunite with their families ahead of Eid al-Adha.
Foundation officials described the program as part of a broader mission focused on humanitarian relief, poverty reduction, community support, and social justice.
