Who is Liiban Ahmed Hassan unknown [Liiban Shuluq] From Hawiye Clan of Habargidir, Sa'ad Sub-clan ? 1- He was a contractor who invests Somali pirates in Hobyo area of Galmudug state. 2- He made a lot of money from projects he got from the administration of former Galmudug president Abdikarim Hussein Guled.

3-    He contributed to the downfall of the  Galmudug President Ahmed Du’ale Gelle Haaf.

4-    He organized the blast that killed the famous cleric, Sheikh Abdiweli Sheikh Ali Elmi in Galkayo City.  He was sub-contracted by Al-Shabab.

5-    He organized the blast that killed head of Galkayo police, Awil Tubako. He was sub- contracted by Al-Shabab.

6-    His main job of Al-Shabab was to buy and transport weapons for the militants.

7-    He is directly connected Al-Shabaab leader’s Muhudin Daqarre and Abdishakur Alansidod who give him contracts.

8-    A mission he was leading with the intention of killing Galmudug leaders of Ahlu Sunna wal Jama has failed.  The man he was guiding was captured in Guriel.

9-    He brokered and finally managed to get Somali Pm Hassan Ali Khaire go through a roadblock into Galkayo.

10-    He succeeded to have his man, Omar Shido Seefle, , former Al Shabab official into Galmudug electoral commission, Dhusamareb faction. Mr Shido is using a Kenyan Passport with Fake name [Omar Ahmed Saneey]

11-    Mr Liiban Shuluq, He gets help from Abdiaziz Abdullahi Abdi unknown Jeneral Qooje Dagaari. a former Al-Shabaab Militant senior officer.
