Mogadishu (Sunatimes) The General Secretly of UN Ban Ki-moon is due to secretly visit in the Somalia capital Mogadishu on Friday under heavy security army presence. It is the first high UN official to the war-torn city.

The security is tightened around the airport in Mogadishu by the African Union Peacekeepers.

Confidential sources told towaagacusub.comthat Ban ki-moon is arriving in Mogadishu in the coming hours.

It’s the first time in the history that Ban ki moon visit to Somalia since he was elected as general secretary of UN. The authorities of the Somali federal government didn’t comment about the undisclosed visit by the General Secretary of United Nations.

It's possible that the Somali government is hiding the visiting of Ban ki moon to Mogadishu, capital of Somalia for security reasons but an official from the intelligence service for Horn of Africa confirmed the arrival of the UN General Secretary.
