Bur-hakaba (Sunatimes) Security concern has been raised in areas along the road between Bur-hakaba district of Bay region and Security concern in areas between Bur-hakabo and Wanlewein district in Lower Shabelle.

Ugas Adan Ibrahim Heydar, a traditional elder in Bay region lamented that armed gangs have been terrorizing transport system along the road connecting Bay region to Lower Shabelle especially areas between Bur-hakaba and Security concern in areas between Bur-hakabo and Wanlewein  districts manned by Al-Shabaab led administration.

Ugas Heydar, however, said though the area falls under the control of Al-Shabaab militia, it is not yet clear the identity of the exact gangsters robbing passengers and vehicles plying the route, saying an immediate intervention are needed to deal with the gangs.
