Uganda:Dahabshiil pays Ugandan Security Officers

Kampalanews.net- Members of Uganda security apparatus told Kampala Newspaper that 30 Ugandan police and anti-terrorism Unit receive monthly payment from Dahabshiil money transfer office in Kampala.
