To whom it may concern

The Galmudug State of Somalia informs and sends a warning to all Governmental, local and international NGOs and individuals directly or indirectly involved within the territory of the Galmudug State, that they shall be required to register with the Ministry of Interior and inform the Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation of their activities.

The Galmudug State of Somalia shall not be held responsible for the actions of those who shall heed this warning.
