Somalia: New base for ISIS

(Reuters/NAN) A militant faction loyal to Islamic State (ISIS) has increased its followers in northern Somalia from a few dozen in 2016 to up to 200 this year, a UN report said days after the group came under U.S. air attack for the first time.
