Turnout across the territory lies about him 69.68% DJibouti (Sunatimes) The Minister of Interior and Decentralization, Mr. Yacine Elmi Bouh announced the provisional final results gave the victory to the outgoing President and the UMP candidate, Ismail Omar Guelleh with 80,58% of votes on a 111,130 total votes. The independent candidate Mr. Mohamed Warsame meanwhile collected 19.42%.

Turnout across the territory lies about him 69.68%.
Regarding the abstention rate is of 30.31%. Finally, note that the Djiboutian voted in 389 polling stations across the country.
