I sincerely do not know where this administration comes from. Nor do I know how they stay employed.  It is truly a mystery.In a Democratic society people of authority should never deem free speech illegal and should never use that authority for unlawful purposes. So yeah I blame those who should be "protecting and serving" not the citizen exercising free speech peacefully. Mr. President the Constitution Article 32: says freedom of public demonstration and expression of opinion, freedom press, therefore; freedom of expression is promised in the Somaliland constitution but why isn’t it allowed in practice? Mr. President You are sinking to new levels of intolerance by the minute. What are you scared of? The truth, or a person challenging your biases? I have a few words of wisdom for you, "If you have no critics, you'll likely have no success."  Don’t act like a small-time dictator.Mr. President when the Government violates the Constitution, it is the duty of the People to rise up against the Government to bring the Government into compliance with the Constitution. It is clear that Silaanyo and his administration and other corrupt politicians of this Nation, void our constitution. In violation of our constitution and refused to protect and defend the rights of the people to be secure on their homes and their communities. Silaanyo’s Administration is guilty of misusing the power of the Government. This administration is a dictatorship type of Government that voided the will of the people.

The people of Somaliland must exercise their authority over this Government; this Government resists and voided the Will of the People. We the people in defense of our constitutional rights must declare war on the Government; the Right and the Duty to overthrow the Government in order to restore Somaliland as a Government to serve the people is clearly established in their constitution. The preservation of our constitutional rights and freedom depends on Somaliland people, the people, must reestablish the supremacy of the Will of the People over the interests of this corrupt Government.Boqor-raabi-yussuf-cabdilaahi’s arrest violates the constitution which protects the freedom of speech. This president and his administrations in must know that they are ordinary people (not gods) and must tolerate the freedom of speech. Mr. President, stop this wave of arrests against those who attempt to express themselves freely!
