Your Excellencies,

Subject: AMISOM must stop firing heavy weapons into civilian zones which they do it intentionally.

I, Dr. Badal W. Kariye hereby officially request AMISOM to stop firing heavily and foolishly to civilian zones in Mogadishu, Somalia where you have been destroying, injuring and killing innocent people.

I also request Al-Shabab and Hizbul Islam to stop firing and hiding in civilian populated areas in Mogadishu because AMISOM has the mandate to defend itself if provoked but AMISOM has not right to wound and kill innocent civilians in Mogadishu, Somalia.

As we know that AMISOM has been hitting Shankara market with unknown amount of chemical and biological weapons which has phosphorous and poisonous damages to both humans and the environment. Speaking on behalf of the elite & Somalis, we are kindly requesting AMISOM to withdraw immediately.

The United Nations has refused to send the Blue Helmet troops, and AMISON is under the greater investigation for human rights violations and abuses in Somalia which they are still unable to defend and return peace in Mogadishu, Somalia.

It is unfortunate, and we are asking to the Amnesty International and the United Nations Human Rights to register whatever AMISOM and Islamic extremists have been doing in Somalia since they started their lunatic militia and military diplomacy until now.

I do not believe or accept that more AMISOM troops can change anything in Somalia, and they will fail in Somalia because the current top leaders of the Transitional Federal Government are also corrupted and swindled salaries of the government into foreign accounts and bought high price houses elsewhere in the world.

Best Wishes,

Dr. Badal W. Kariye BA, BSIT, MA, MBA & PhD

The Renowned Author of Several Novels & Academic Books, & Associate Professor of Political Sociology
