The International Community has called for dialogue to ease the looming political crisis between the Legislative and Executive arms. In a joint statement by UN, AU, EU, IGAD among other countries on Friday IC warned the row could derail hard-earned political, economic, and security achievements and tarnishing the reputation of Somalia.
The statement urged leaders in Parliament and the Executive to engage in respectful discussions based on the Provisional constitutional to resolve political differences.

"The International Community urges all Somali leaders to respect the rule of law and the Provisional Federal Constitution in resolving political differences," reads the statement.
The move comes hours after the speaker of the parliament, Mohamed Osman Jawaari accused the government obstructing the parliament process after the security forces took over the Parliament premises.

Jawari blamed Prime minister, Hassan Ali Kheire propelling the attack on the House by the government forces.
