MOGADISHU (Sunatimes)- The struggle of Somali warlords which aimed at only to gain high position from political competition and control at least a small community in a village, district, or region didnft end yet because they still believe that are chances that can make use of it as Keydmedia.net visitor who always reads the articles written by Dr. Malas among Keydmedia staff on the web recounts.

When we are talking about lower Juba region, which Kismayo, is the capital city of that region, had been under control by many warlords and there are other warlords who are thinking about how it fell into their hands since the Islamist militias of Al-shabab controls right now.

Former T.F.G minister of defense Professor Mohamed Abdi Gandi, lecturer at university in Paris of French collected many youth from Jubba valley regions early 2009 and the youth were sent to abroad especially the neighboring country of Kenya where they had taken military training.

After the training they were supposed to be brought in the capital Mogadishu and join to the forces of the Somali transitional federal government fighting with Islamist militias of Al-shabab and Hisbul Islam, but the professor Gandi refused the governmentfs demand that the soldiers should reach the capital Mogadishu.

Professor Gandi, former defense minister plans to organize those militias which are believed all are from his own tribe and wanted to start war from the border of Kenya, Dhobley up to the valley regions of Lower Jubba, Kismayo and middle Jubba region of Bufale and likes to build an independent administration like the one of Puntland.

No one knows whether Professor Gandfs dream will come true, or not although it is said that the new initiative and courage to this struggle is supported to him by French government as hefs teaching university in Paris after he missed other position form the T.F.G.

General Mohamed Safid Morgan, Colonel Abdulahi Yusuf, former Somali president, Colonel Barre Hirrale all failed attempts equally to this one, but now the Islamist militias of Al-shabab are asked something about the Jubba valley regions and there are no signs expressing to the possibility of the issues like above story.
