Africa news Djibouti (Sunatimes) At least one hundred and ten thousand students in Djibouti have started their school year after the end of the holy month of Ramadan and the Iddul-Fitri celebrations.

All the primary, middle and high schools in the republic of Djibouti re-opened today and lessons have already started in many schools in the country.

Children who joined different schools for the first time seemed to be very happy as some of them were oriented to the schools where they were admitted.

Djibouti’s ministry of basic and higher education has announced the official opening of the primary, middle and level schools in Djibouti.

Previously, schools started their academic year at different times.

This year, the ministry reported an increase in the number of new students joining primary schools
