Mogadishu (Sunatimes) The Transitional Federal Government forces have today carried out operations in different parts of the city. The officers were seen doing operation in Hamrweyne, Hamar jajab and Waberi parts of Mogadishu that are under their control.

The TFG security forces have been stopping and searching vehicles in the streets.

During the operation, TFG security officials have arrested several people who were suspected to be involved in criminal activities. Some of the government officials promised to talk to the media at the end of the operation.

The operation has been going for the last few days after the local civilians reported that they have spotted in some areas people they have suspected.
