"President Sharif opposes that the mission aimed to clean Al-Shabaab and Hizbul Islam elements out of the country and as knowingly he paralysed all the military activities of Ahlu-Suna forces. 50% of the government's outside fund is handed into Al-Shabaab." said Hussein.
Speaking out the fighting raging in the mountain areas of Galgala in Puntland, Hussein said the Al-Shabaab was previously using as a training camp for thier militias and now they are fighting for regaining it.
His remarks coincided as the heaviest war continues in Mogadishu between the African Union peacekeepers and militias loyal to Al-Shabaab.
