Baidabo: Sunatimes- Transitional Federal Government forces in the Bay, Bakol and Gedo regions are preparing to attack Al-shabab militias to regain control of some parts of these regions, which are currently under militia control.

Government forces in Elbarde, Yed and Dolow districts, which are parts of the Bakol and Bay regions, are readying themselves to oust the anti-government militia.

Adan Mahamud Nur, who is well known as Adan saran sor, is one of the leaders of the government forces in Elbarde and he said that the TFG forces were ready to launch the attack.

Adan Saransor added that hundred of government forces, who have been trained in Djibouti and Uganda, have arrived in the Elbarde district. They are expected to launch the offensive soon.

Shine Maalim Nurow, who used to be the deputy commissioner of the Bay region, also said that there are hundreds of government forces accompanying him and that they are now staying near Hudur town and other areas ready to tackle the Shabab fighters.
