Kampala: Sunatimes-Seven people were arrested by Ugandan security officials yesterday for the twin bombings in Kampala on Sunday night.

Two among the seven arrested are Somalis and the other five are believed to be foreigners. Police have said that they are interrogating the suspects and will make sure that they bring to justice those who have been behind the attacks.

It is also reported that other people of Somali origin have been arrested for staying in Uganda without proper documents. Somali people who live in Uganda, mainly the capital Kampala, are now living in fear.

However, the government has assured innocent Somali refugees living in Uganda that they will not be harmed as it continues its investigation. Security has also been heightened all over the country after the Sunday night explosions.
