Gabobe Aden Dalab was shot dead at a restaurant in Garsor neighbourhood after evening prayer.

The assailants were armed with pistols, an eyewitness reported.

Confirmed the incident, West Galka’yo Police commander Jama Mohamed Ahmed alias Sandaqad told Bar-kulan that they are investigating the matter.

No arrests have been made in relation to the killing. So far no group has claimed responsibility of the elder’s murder.
