The two allegedly ambushed a passenger vehicle en route to Dusamareb from Mogadishu on Wednesday and sprayed bullets on the passengers, injuring one people and robbed properties.
Area Ahlu Sunna security boss Farhan Moalim Ali told Sunatimes the suspects were among a group of gunmen who robbed passengers at Marer-gur area, some 30km from Dusamareb town.
He said the gang injured one person and stole valuables items like mobiles and money from the passengers on board the vehicles.
Ali added that the suspects are now being questioned and will soon be arraigned in court for banditry charges.

Suspected bandits arrested in Dusamareb
Two suspected bandits accused of robbery with violence were on Thursday arrested by Ahlu Sunna militias in central Somali town of Dusamareb, Galgadud region.
