Presidential Decree

President of Galmudug State of Somalia

Having followedChapter 1, article 1 of the constitution of Galmudug State of Somalia which clearly states basic principles of Galmudug state;

Having Adhered to Chapter 49, article 2 of the constitution of Galmudug State of Somalia Having seenChapter 52, article 4 of the constitution about the structure and law of the council of Ministers;

Believes thatCouncil of Mnisters of Galmudug State of Somaliaworks in accordance with Chapter 53, article 4 of the counstitution of Galmudug State of Somalia;

Hereby nominates council of the Ministers of Galmudug State of Somalia.

1- Hassan Ali GureyMinister for international cooperation

2- Dr. Abdullahi Salad YarowMinister for livestock, Agriculture, and Environment

3- Dahir Abdulle AlasowMinister for Information, Youth and Sports

4- Dr. Mahad Mohamed FarahMinister for Heath and Humanitarian

5- Col. Abdullahi Aden HusseinMinister for Finance and Trade

6- Ms. Ayan Said ElmiMinister for women development and labour

7- Dr. Ali Aden OsmanMinister for ports, Fishery, and marine resources

8- Dr. Faysal Hussein EidMinister for Transport

9- Khalif Sheikh HusseinAssistant Minister for information

10- Abdullahi Mohamed HassanAssistant Minister for Health

(I)This structure will comply and work under the law of the council of Ministers

(II)This decree will come into effective when its signed by the president and published through the media
