The president said such attacks will not intimidate or deter his government from serving the public and consoled the families and friends of soldiers killed in the attack.
President Mohamud termed the attacks as cowardice, adding that they were intended to discourage the Somali public.
The president however urged the Somali people to closely work with the security forces in order to help them bolster security in Mogadishu and in the entire country.
