Hargeysa(Sunatimes)-The Speaker of the Somaliland lower house Mr Abdirahman Cirro denied that he has received funds from the head of the Djibouti Bank Jama Heyd during the UCID party upheaval.

The funds in question came to light after Hactivist group Anonymous hacked into the Dahabshiil Bank servers and published customer’s info.

Mr Ciro dismissed that he received any funds from Jama Hayd or any other member of the Djibouti government.

The Funds seem to have arrived on Mr ciro’s account amidst the attempt of Mr Ciro and some members of the UCID party to unseat Chairman Faisal Ali Warabe.

When Mr Ciro fail to unseat the Chairman he registered Wadani party which also seems to get funds from Djibouti,according to the media in Somaliland

The Chairman of UCID several times stated that Djabouti was behind the upheaval in UCID.
