Speaking to Sunatimes the police commander in Kenya’s North Eastern province Leo Nyongesa said that Kenyan security personnel have carried out the search to hunt down the suspects of last week’s attack.
The man is believed to be in his mid-40s and the commander believes there is a strong belief linking the man to the terror attack.
Leo Nyongesa stated that the local people in the camps have incorporated with the police in capturing the suspect.
He added that security personnel are also after other criminals involved in torture and robbery in the area.
Meanwhile security forces in Kenya-Somali border town of Mandera have detained a Somali national in connection with yesterday’s blast that injured four Kenyan soldiers in Mandera district.

Man arrested in connection with Dagahley blast
