Three of the victims are being treated at Medina Hospital while the other two are being treated by expert from the force’s medical personnel at their facilities.

AMISOM Deputy Force Commander, Brigadier General Audace Nduwumunsi, apologised for what he said was actions of one of their soldier who hit a car by mistake while driving through Mogadishu injuring five occupants.

He said the force is helping to treat the injured and are investigating exactly what happened, adding that they will take every measure to avoid causing harm or injury.
