The 45 days military training will be offered by Somali and Ethiopian officials in order to boost the military capacity of the troops.

Hiran regional governor Abdifatah Hassan Afrah who confirmed the training to Sunatimes said that the officers will be equipped with the necessary military skills.

He said they have already moved their men to the training camp, adding that only few personnel were left with the Ethiopian troops in the town to keep law and order.
