Hargeisa (Sunatimes)The Somaliland minister of presidential, Hersi Haji Ali has named consultative and defensive committees for Somaliland which consists of 10 people.

The entire committees are from Habarjeclo sub-clan and particularly the sub-clan of Silanyo and Hersi haji Ali which is Mohamed Abokar. The leaders of these committees are fives and they are as below;

1- Chief Aqil Ibrahim Sheybe who is the leader of sub-cal of Silanyo

2- Abdi Husein Dheere; Former of governor of Burco town.

3- Sa'id Bide

4- Mohamed Kaahin Ahmed whose is the commander of Silanyo for war and fighting.

5- Ali Diiriye (Cali Madoobe)

The Somaliland presidential has named these committees and their salaries are 2000 $ per month.

Five of these committees will negotiate with the Hawiye committees consist 8 people and it was named by Sharif Ahmed, Somalia president.

The rest of the committees (five people) will organize the fighting against the Khatumo state of Somalia in order to expend the Somaliland troops into the Sool, Sanaag and Ayn regions.

These committees have a power to control the Somaliland policy so it means that the ministers have no power to execute some thing until the committees sign it.

These committees have named the decision makers of Somaliland therefore the 10 people of this committee are from a same sub-clan.
