The upcoming Consultative Meeting in Garowe, Puntland, might proof a fateful turning point for the Somali people and Somalia as the donor States and UN endeavour hard to force and cajole all participants of the Consultative meeting, namely
Under the watchful eye of the United Nations and major powers, over 20 years, Somalia has been on fire
in terms of security, economic growth, territorial integrity, population flight, health, deforestation, nuclear
waste dumping in Somalia's seas, etc. Now after a good twenty years, the major donor States and the UN
want to impose on Somalia aConstitutiondrafted in DJibourti and Nairobi by the UN without a broad
consultation with the Somali people. The Transitional Federal Government is not seen by the Somali
people as a legitimate entity that upholds Somalia's territorial integrity, promotes peace and national reconciliation, embarks on good govenance, transparency and accountability, upholds and protects human rights in Somalia, etc.

Since the TFG was formed in 2004, the political and social situation in Somalia has been deterioratingdramatically with the country nearly becoming disintegrated and unstable. The political strategy andcredibility of the TFG in Somalia has been a complete disaster and the international community hasactually accepted the fact that the TFG has failed in every major benchmark in Somalia's political andsocial affairs. The organisation 'Transparency International has called the TFG as the most corrupt entityon the planet'. As far as the Somali people are concerned, the TFG is an instrument used by States such as Ethiopia, Kenya and their allies to perpetually disable, destroy and divide Somalia.
The upcoming Consultative Meeting in Garowe, Puntland, might proof a fateful turning point
for the Somali people and Somalia as the donor States and UN endeavour hard to force and cajole allparticipants of the Consultative meeting, namely; TFG, Puntland, Galmudug and Sunnah WalJameeca Group to sign and pass the UN drafted Constitution which is totally detrimental to Somalia's independence, unity, stability.
Conclusions,
There are many regions and clan based communities that are not included to participate the so-called consultative Meeting on Somalia and this is a bad omen for the Consultative Meeting to succeed and producetangible results for the future wellbeing of Somalia. The Consultative Meeting appears to be managed and led by the donor States, the UN, Ethiopia and Kenya and the Somali participants including the TFG are mere pawns and rumper stamp used by the donor States and the UN to design Somalia in a fashion of their own desires steep in political and social engineering. For sure, such politically motivated process will not be accepted by the majority of the Somali people and the country will further fall into
choas, civil wars and unending political and social strives. It would be better advised to the TFG, Puntland, Galmudug and Sunnah Waljameeca not to sign at all the so-called ( Constitution ) because they do not have either the legitimacy and the mandate from the Somali public to pass and sign this damaging Constitution on their behalf. The International Community and their agent the UN should change their destructive policies on Somalia and help Somalis to take onwership of their country. It is in the interest of the region and the wider world that Somalia holds its country together and establish their nation state sovereignty without further delay and foreign obstruction.
