Galkayo (Sunatimes) The high officials from the Somali autonomy region, Galmudug State of Somalia are going to sign new proposalwithin 48 hours after they agreed to end the disagree existed among the Instantiations of the authority for a long period.

The new imitative which is wished-for solving disagree between the leaders of Galmudug state are as below:

1-To work the Institutions of the autonomy state as it used to work before First of December, 20111 to survive the dignity and the subsistence of Galmudug state.

2-To be no existed the resignations and renaming of the new positions which was occurred between the disagreed parts later than first of December 2011.

3-The existence of Galmudug institutions will be ended during short period for six months and then Galmudug will take place presidential and parliamentary elections.

4-To take a legal action against the official or group who abuse the articles of the new transitional proposals that indicates how the lend a hand occurs such us; the high officials of Galmudug could work together.

The news proposal was accepted to sign Mr. Mohamed Ahmed from the presidential of Galmudugand Mr. Hassan Heyl from the Parliament of Galmudug state. As well the new proposal was signed by high prosecutor from the Galmudug court and the elder's council.

Nevertheless, the new proposal will be signed by the disagreed factions within 48 hours.
