Hargeisa (Sunatimes) The minster interior of Somaliland, Mohamed Nur Arale (DUR) has point out full evidence towards the murders of Semal massacre while he was meeting with Samaron traditional elders in Dila city.

"We have their tone records while they were talking through phone which had taken from the victims, also we have the number that they gave a call and we often listen then through the telecommunication company" said Mohamed Dur, the minster interior of Somaliland.

Meanwhile, the Minster of Interior has displayed names of the murders who genocide the Semal family in front of the Samaron traditional elders. In addition, Mr. Dur misused the power of the Somaliland court acocording to the international and Somaliland constitution.

The Somaliland court has a power to inform the society if there are criminal people who massacred innocent people but its misuse if the minster announce rather than an accusation instead of pointing criminal people.

However, the Somaliland minster of interior Mohamed Dur is un-educatedman but lots of people has surprised how the commanders the police and military who set with him at the meeting.

Some experts believe that the commander of polices has been entered a wrong way by the minster of inter while there is disagree between both of them.The word of detective as a great meaning and it has a law, even if the media get names of murders has not power to publish because the case can be changed any time. The detective issues can tame a short or a long term and it depends on the procedure. When it's confirmed the criminal people it must me transfer phase B according to the international institutions so this is a process. Therefore, this process can be arrested the criminal people and their supporters or the people behind the crime.

By the way, when the criminal people are arrested, the interior minster and security parts cannot tell their names until they stand in front of the court and judge them. Then they can use their ages and letters of their names.

Thus the minister inter of Somaliland didn’t only mistreated to the independent institutions but also he has faces risk since the murders can shot to death him. It's possible; the sub clan of the criminal people can attack to the minster and protect their people as well as its potential to take these people out of Somaliland.

Nevertheless, Mohamed Dur, The minster of Interior is not the first person who was named carry out this job because there are several ministers included minster interior of Somaliland, governor of Sool region and mayor of Laas-anod, and these means the power if president Silanyo.
