Baghdad (Sunatimes) Reports from Cairo indicate that the transitional federal government of Somalia has been offered a 6 million dollar aid channeled through the Arab league by Iraq.

TFG ambassador in Cairo Abdulahi Hassan Mohamud confirmed to bar-kulan that Somali finance minister has recently received the financial aid from Iraq in Cairo following a visit he paid there.

Meanwhile, the Somali ambassador in Cairo called Shabaab militias to accept peace, stop conflicts and come to the drawing table for negotiations.

Moreover, Ambassador Abdulahi has welcomed Ban-kimoon’s call to relocate offices ofSomalia-oriented UN agencies from Nairobi to Mogadishu where he recently paid a visit.
