Hargeisa (Sunatimes) The Somali kidnapper of the two French army trainers has been arrested by Somaliland security forces after a truck in he was traveling was intercepted in Hargeisa, the capital of the breakaway republic in north of Somalia.

The French security intelligence is believed to have informed Somaliland intelligence service about the movement of jabril Sayid Ali Guled (Gumbur) in Hargeysa.

Sayid was interviewed by the Somaliland security intelligence and asked about his involvement of the kidnapping of the French trainers inMogadishutwo years ago.

Waagacusub.com, one of the widely read Somali websites received a copy of the inquiry by the Somaliland intelligent agents.

Q1: What is your full name?

A1: My name is Jabril Sayid Abdirahman.

(He laid; his real name is Jabril Sayid Ali Guled (Gumbur)

Q2: Could you tell us which Somali clan are you belonging to?

A2: I am belonging toAyrHabargidir clan of Hawiye tribe.

(He laid; his real clan is Saleban, Habargidir of Hawiye)

Q3: Are you the man who had kidnapped the two French officers from their Sahafi hotel in Mogadishu?

A3: Yes, I was the man who carried out that kidnapping.

(He answered that question correctly and he confessed to be the kidnapper of the French trainers)

Q4: Are you member of Al Shabaab ? Why did you kidnap the French men?

A4: No, I am not member of Al-Shabaab. I did this because of money and I was given four thousand US Dollar. I was working in Sahafi Hotel.

(He laid, he was not working in the hotel but he was among the staff of the former interior minister of the Somali transitional federal government Abdukadir Ali Omar. He was one of the security staff that remained in their places when Omar joined the government of Sharif Ahmed. He earned $11,000 for the kidnapping of the French men)

Q5: Do you know where abouts of the kidnapped French trainers?

A5: No, I know nothing about them, but I heard that one of them was released and the other is still in the hands of Al Shabaab.

He answered correctly. Jabril joined the pirates as he often remained in Adado town in Galgadud region in central Somalia.

Jabril kidnapped Marc Aubrière and Denis Allex from Sahafi hotel in MogadishuJuly 14 2009, as months after Marc Aubrière was released or escaped from Al Shabaab while Denis Allex is still in the hands of terror groups.

French government is among the front nations that behave well the Somali people as Somalis are not harassed inFranceairports and receive hospitality.

The kidnapped French trainers went to Somalia to train the Somali national army as the government of Sharif Ahmed neglected their security.
