Mogadishu (Sunatimes) Somalia’s TFG president, Sheikh Sharif Sheikh Ahmed, and other dignitaries from Somalia who were attending yesterday’s South Sudan’s independence proclamation ceremony in Juba, has last night arrived in Mogadishu.

While in the South Sudanese Capital, Juba, the President met South Sudanese officials and discussed with them several important issues including the need to welcome and help Somali communities in South Sudan.

Somali officials accompanying the president told Bar-kulan that the president also held talks with high-ranking international officials attending South Sudan’s independence proclamation ceremony held in Juba yesterday, and some of the Somali community in Juba.

The president’s delegation left Adan Ade international airport in Mogadishu yesterday morning for Juba, where they attended South Sudan’s independence ceremony, which was attended by international community and several African head of states.
