Mogadishu
(Sunatimes) Al-Shabaab’s militant leader, Ahmed Godane, has for the first time
confessed that his militant group has failed in its offensives against the
Somalia’s TFG troops.
Quoting a
pro- Al-Shabaab radio, the VOA reported that Ahmed Godane admitted that they
recently severed unprecedented loses including the recent death of their top
Shabaab and Al-Qaeda leader.
He
exposed the existence of several militant leaders who are secretly working with
the international intelligence agencies, thus weakening their military capability.
Godane,
however threatened to take stern measures against members of his militant group
in deterring collusion with the foreign intelligence agencies.
Godane’s
confession comes weeks after foreign air strikes in Somalia have killed several
