    Somali TFG Leaders Celebrate National Day 26th June

The newly elected Prime Minster of Somalia Prof. Abdiweli Mohamed Ali who addressed with the people had recounted how Somali took its freedom mainly the 26 June

Mogadishu (Sunatimes) A Well organized ceremony attended by the high officials of the transitional government of Somalia including the president, parliamentarians, ambassadors of Yemen and Sudan to Somalia and commemorating the National Day of Somalia 26 June, the 51 anniversary when Somalia took its independence from British colony for the first time in north Somalia had taken place at Villa Somalia in Mogadishu overnight.


National singers of Somalia had firstly opened the occasion with the national songs as units of the national Somali army saluted to the honorable guests and officials participating the ceremony.
Shortly after the national flag of Somalia raised and started waving on air, al shabab militants launched several mortar shells landed around the presidential palace where the occasion was taking place whole night, but it is unclear what casualties caused so far.

The newly elected Prime Minster of Somalia Prof. Abdiweli Mohamed Ali who addressed with the people had recounted how Somali took its freedom mainly the 26 June indicating that more people lost their lives expressing sorrowful for the none stop fighting going on in Somalia more than 20 years.

President Sheik Sharif Sheik Ahmed said that elders and more people had thought more about the freedom of north Somalia and lastly achieved pointing out that the current administration in the region thought wrongly different from how the freedom reached.

Lastly Somali scholars invited at the ceremony had talked more about the history of the 51st anniversary of 26th June, the first time that Somalia took its independence from the British colony and urged all the Somali people to be united and work the peace of Somalia.
